1. Who we are
Shoe Haven Kampala ("we", "us") runs this store from Kampala, Uganda. Questions? Email hello@shoehaven.ug.
2. What we collect
- Shopper Pass — the email or phone you give us on first visit, a random ID (SH-…), your public IP address and browser user-agent. Stored in your browser (localStorage + cookie) and in our order records when you place an order.
- Order data — name, phone, email, delivery address, cart contents, payment method and order total. Required to fulfil the order.
- Essential cookies — your cart, theme and currency preferences. Anonymous. No third-party trackers load unless you click Accept all in the cookie banner.
3. Why we collect it
To ship your kicks, answer support messages, fight fraud, and improve the site. That's it. We never sell your data.
4. Who we share it with
- Netlify — our hosting provider (stores orders in Netlify Blobs).
- MTN MoMo / Airtel Money — only when you pay with them, and only the amount + your phone number.
- Delivery riders — name, phone and address for the hand-off.
5. Your rights
Email hello@shoehaven.ug to see, correct, or delete your data. We'll respond within 7 days.
6. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and (for significant changes) put a banner on the site.
