1. Placing an order
By placing an order, you confirm you're 18+ (or have your parent's OK), that the contact details you give are real, and that the delivery address is correct. We reserve the right to cancel obvious-abuse orders (mass resellers, fake addresses).
2. Prices & currency
Prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX). The USD toggle is a conversion convenience only — the actual charge is always in UGX. All prices include VAT where applicable.
3. Payment
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Cash on Delivery and WhatsApp-confirmed transfers. Your order is reserved the moment you submit the checkout form; stock is only deducted after payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
- Boda delivery inside Kampala: same-day for orders placed before 2pm.
- Upcountry delivery: 1–3 working days via courier.
- Free shipping on orders of UGX 500,000 and above; UGX 20,000 flat fee otherwise.
5. 7-day returns
Not happy? You have 7 days from delivery to return any pair, provided:
- The shoes are unworn (fit-check indoors is fine).
- The original box + tags + packaging are intact.
- You have your order number (SH-…).
Email hello@shoehaven.ug or message us on WhatsApp. We'll arrange pickup and refund to the same payment method within 5 working days of receiving the pair.
6. Authenticity guarantee
Every pair is hand-vetted. If you ever receive a fake, we'll refund 100% and give you a free pair of equal value. No questions.
